The Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law offers postdoctoral researchers an intellectually vibrant and friendly environment to pursue public law research in one of Australia’s top law schools. Postdoctoral fellows at the Centre join an intellectual community with an international reputation for quality scholarship, external engagement and support for emerging academic talent in public law.
Opportunities for Postdoctoral Research at UNSW
The primary support program at UNSW Australia is the Vice-Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellowship scheme. General information about the scheme can be gathered from the advice given to applicants in the 2015 round here but future applicants should check the UNSW website for specific updates.
Also, in recent years, the Australian Government has offered international applicants the opportunity to pursue 4-6 month programs in postdoctoral research through the Endeavour Research Fellowship scheme. Applications for the 2017 round are expected to open in April 2016. Please check the Endeavour Scholarship and Fellowships website closer to April 2016 for further information.
