International Law and the Australian Legal System

The International Law Project, conducted in conjunction with the Australian National University had as its aim a review and assessment of the relationship between international law and the Australian legal system. Through intensive empirical research the project was able to document and analyse how Australian institutions, such as parliaments, government departments and courts have approached the nation's international obligations across a spectrum of transactions. For further information and useful links see the International Law and the Australian Legal System Project page.
This project is now concluded.
