Our 16th annual conference on constitutional law, looking at recent decisions of the High Court, Federal and State courts and important contemporary issues, was held at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

The conference brochures (General and Academic) contain full details of the program.

Immediately following the conference was a book launch by the Hon Sir Anthony Mason AC KBE GBM of Great Australian Dissents edited by Andrew Lynch (Cambridge University Press, 2016). A copy of Sir Anthony's remarks is available here.

The Conference Dinner that evening was held at NSW Parliament House and the guest speaker at the Dinner was the Hon Catherine Holmes, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
