2011 Constitutional Law Conference and Dinner

A major conference on constitutional law, the tenth in a series, will be held at the Art Gallery of New South Wales on Friday 18 February 2011. The event is organised by the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law with the support of the Australian Association of Constitutional Law.

The conference will focus on developments in the High Court and other Australian courts in 2010 and beyond. It will be addressed by leading practitioners, government lawyers, judges and academics.

The conference will be followed by dinner at NSW Parliament House, hosted by NSW Attorney-General, the Hon John Hatzistergos, MLC.

Please note, as a variation to the published program, that the keynote paper on the 2010 Term of the High Court will no longer be delivered by Ms Debbie Mortimer SC but instead by Professor George Williams.
